Job Description

  1. Preparation of Payments / Receipt / Vouchers

2.Entries in Tally on a daily basis

3.Accounting of Service Bills in Accounting System.

4.Weekly tally of physical cash Balance with Books

5.Monthly reconciliation of Bank Accounts

6.Generate Trial Balance and Profit & Loss statement

7.Preparation for filing of TDS and Service Tax for filing Quarterly / Annual / Statutory requirements

Key skills and qualifications -

-ONLY MALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED

  • Applicants need to be educated to a Good standard and possess a recognised general educational qualification.
  • must have excellent communication skills as both written and verbal skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience may not be required, but would be an advantage, especially if applicants have worked as an Account Executive in Shipping and Logistics previously.
  • Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs efficiently
  • Applicant must possess the knowledge of working on Tally.
