Job Summary:

As a Talent Associate in our influencer marketing agency, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, ensuring their alignment with our clients' brands, and facilitating successful influencer marketing campaigns. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our agency and our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

1.  Creator Relationship Management

-  Serve as the main point of contact for assigned creators.

-  Understand creator goals, audience, and content direction to align with agency strategy.

-  Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships.

2.  Campaign & Collaboration Management

-  Coordinate all brand collaborations and campaign inquiries.

-  Ensure commercials and negotiations are routed through Flutch to maintain consistency.

-  Oversee briefing, script approvals, shoot guidelines, and go-live timelines.

-  Monitor campaign execution to ensure deliverables meet brand requirements.

3.  Profile Optimization & Strategy

-  Support creators in optimizing their profiles, rate cards, and positioning.

-  Advise on content strategy to improve performance and engagement.

-  Track creator metrics and recommend improvements.

4.  Operations & Communication

-  Ensure timely responses to briefs, scripts, and campaign approvals.

-  Facilitate regular check-ins with creators for updates and feedback.

-  Work with the operations team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reporting.

5.  Performance & Reporting

-  Conduct periodic reviews of creator performance and campaign success.

-  Share transparent reports on collaborations, revenue, and payouts.

-  Suggest strategies for scaling creator partnerships and revenues.

Qualifications:

-  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

-  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

-  Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

-  Familiarity with influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and industry trends.

Additional Requirements:

-  Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.

-  Proactive problem-solving mindset with focus on smooth execution.

-  High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism in negotiations.

-  Willingness to adapt to evolving influencer marketing trends
