Job Description

We are hiring 2 Service Engineers at Hyderabad. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, along with sales of spares, consumables, and service contracts (AMC/CMC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain medical equipment at hospitals/clinics.
  • Handle warranty and paid service calls with timely resolution.
  • Generate revenue through sales of spares, consumables, and service contracts.
  • Maintain service logs, reports, and stock records.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying new service opportunities.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment servicing (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
  • Knowledge of sterilizers, OT lights, tables, monitors, or CSSD equipment preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer handling ability.
  • Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby districts.
