Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the full-time position of Commis at Artjuna. This is an on-site role located in Goa, India. The Commis will assist in daily food preparation, support the culinary team with cooking tasks, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly. The role also involves effective communication with team members to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cooking, Culinary Skills, and Food Preparation
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
  • Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Experience in Mediterranean or international cuisine is a plus
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary certification or relevant experience is preferred
