Job Role:

As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing a strong network of agents. You will actively identify business opportunities, onboard new partners, and achieve monthly targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.

Drive sales through agent network and achieve assigned business targets.

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.

Explore new market opportunities and grow business in assigned territories.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth policy issuance and client servicing.

Requirements:

Experience: 0–2 years in sales or marketing (Insurance experience is a plus).

Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.

Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Other: Bike & valid driving license is compulsory.
