Profile Offered : Talent Acquisition Executive/ Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Delhi - Mohan Estate (Work from Office)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Joining: Immediate or within 15-30 days preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across industries (Non-IT, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, etc.).
  • Handle entry-level, and volume hiring mandates for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with client account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates effectively using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and campus connections)
  • Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and coordinate feedback.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by providing timely updates and engaging communication throughout the process.
  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics like TAT (Turnaround Time), source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and fulfillment rate per client/project.
  • Support walk-ins, campus hiring drives, recruitment campaigns, and job fairs as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 1- 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience into recruitment (consulting or stafing would be bonus)
  • Proven experience in handling bulk/mass hiring and niche requirements under tight deadlines.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, social media, Boolean search, and internal databases.
  • Good understanding of various industry domains and functional hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong in stakeholder and client coordination, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
