We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle complaints and feedback courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
