We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily F&B operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all F&B operations (restaurant, bar, banquets, etc.)
  • Ensure high-quality food, service standards, and hygiene practices
  • Supervise and train F&B staff for smooth operations
  • Plan menus, monitor inventory, and control costs
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient workflow

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of F&B management systems and service standards
  • Good understanding of budgeting and cost control
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
