Role & responsibilities

SAP & Procurement Responsibilities

  • Cost comparative preparation
  • Raising PR (Purchase Requisition) / PO (Purchase Order) in SAP
  • Monitoring open PR/PO in SAP
  • Follow-ups for closure of unwanted PR/POs
  • Fortnightly reporting on PR/PO status
  • Material master creation / Service master creation
  • Raising queries in SAP via MyPortal

Import & Documentation

  • Documentation for import consignments/Booking invoices through Service entry in SAP

Communication & Coordination

  • Quick responses to emails
  • Written and email communication skills
  • Coordination with vendors

Excel & Data Handling

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
  • Data presentation

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should be a Graduate or a Post Graduate in Commerce Field
  • People who works as a data entry operator in Commercial department in their org are only preferred
  • location would be Mumbai
