Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Jewelry Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time basis in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience, holding a junior position. Your role will involve managing detailed data entry tasks, particularly within jewelry inventory, and ensuring accuracy and excellence in all data handling processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Data Entry Skills (Mandatory skill) - Must possess strong data entry skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing jewelry inventory data.
  • Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill) - Exceptional attention to detail is required to maintain data integrity and accurate record-keeping.
  • Inventory Management Systems (Mandatory skill) - Experience with inventory management systems is essential to effectively manage and update jewelry stock information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Required to organize, analyze, and manage large datasets with ease and precision.
  • Experience with SAP ERP - Familiarity with SAP ERP systems to assist in managing enterprise-wide data and streamline processes.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks - Required for efficient management and oversight of financial data related to inventory and sales.
  • Strong Typing Speed - Fast and accurate typing skills are essential for efficient data entry and reducing errors.
  • Database Management Software - Ability to work with database management software for storing and managing jewelry inventory records.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for jewelry inventory, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all jewelry items, including descriptions, prices, and inventory counts.
  • Use inventory management systems to track and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across various platforms and systems.
  • Generate reports and summaries related to inventory status and data entry metrics as requested.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in inventory data to prevent errors and financial loss.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of data entry procedures and inventory management processes.
