Role & responsibilities

1. Data Verification & Correction:

  • Review and correct data uploaded by booking centres in the ERP system related to consignments, billing, and customer details.
  • Validate entries against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. Duplicate Entry Removal:

  • Identify duplicate entries or records in the ERP system and remove or consolidate them appropriately.
  • Maintain logs of duplicate detection and resolution activities for audit purposes.

3. Data Merging & Updating:

  • Merge related or overlapping data entries to create accurate and unified records.
  • Update master data (e.g., customers, vehicles, vendors) in the system as per company requirements.

4. Data Maintenance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all ERP data fields are complete, standardized, and updated regularly.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on correction activities and data validation results.

5. Coordination with Branches:

  • Communicate with booking centres to resolve incorrect, missing, or inconsistent data.
  • Support the accounts and operations teams by maintaining synchronized data across modules.

6. System Compliance:

  • Adhere to company ERP protocols and data entry standards.
  • Handle company and customer information with confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any field (freshers welcome).
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel and data entry tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn ERP processes and logistics workflows.
