
Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner will be accountable for the end-to-end success of Resilience Hub. You will own the product vision, set the strategic direction, and ensure the roadmap delivers measurable value to customers and the business. You will partner with business, engineering, operations, and design teams to deliver best-in-class capabilities in monitoring, alerting, and service insights.
You will act as the voice of the customer and the business, ensuring that priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and delivery aligns with both strategic goals and operational realities. This is a leadership role that combines long-term strategic thinking with hands-on product management.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and lead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Resilience Hub.
Define and communicate the product's long-term goals and success metrics.
Drive proposition development using methodologies such as 0-1 product development, taking ideas from concept through to successful launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align product direction with business strategy.
Lead backlog management, ensuring priorities reflect customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, designers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Work closely with engineering leads to tackle complex technical challenges and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure the product meets usability and accessibility standards.
Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate priorities.
Lead readiness planning to ensure smooth roll-out of new capabilities.
Track delivery progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Represent Resilience Hub in governance, planning, and portfolio management forums.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Lead in an Agile delivery environment.
Demonstrated success in owning and delivering a strategic product vision.
Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and service insight capabilities.
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
Strong technical acumen and experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex solutions.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate vision, priorities, and progress.
Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and documentation platforms such as Confluence.
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated financial services environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API-driven products.
Understanding of operational readiness and service management processes.
