Position: Sr Salesforce Developer

Years of experience: 6+ years

What you will be doing?

  1. Utilizing Salesforce APIs (such as REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs) to connect with external

systems and exchange data securely and efficiently.

  1. Defining mappings between data structures in Salesforce and external systems and

implementing transformations to ensure data consistency and integrity during integration.

  1. Configuring middleware platforms to orchestrate the flow of data between Salesforce and

other systems, including error handling and retries.

  1. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on advanced Apex

programming.

  1. Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and integrations using Salesforce APIs

and third-party tools.

  1. Design and implement complex workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules.

  2. Build Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components to enhance user

experience.

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom

development, and integrations.

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.

  2. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce development and

integrations.

  1. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development.

  2. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and

optimization.

  1. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.

You should be having:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced Apex programming and

integration skills.

  1. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative

functionalities.

  1. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration techniques, REST, SOAP, and other

APIs.

  1. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions on the

Salesforce platform.

  1. Hands on experience with Lightning Experience, Aura Components, and Lightning Web

Components.

  1. Salesforce certifications, Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II, are highly

desirable.

  1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  2. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
