- Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Car Showroom
- Location: Ambattur, Alandur & Velachery
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct test drives and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat sales.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of current product lineup, features, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the automobile industry (car sales experience mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of financing, insurance, and car loan processes.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license (four-wheeler license preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
