Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Car Sales Consultant located in Chennai. The New Car Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle purchases, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include greeting customers, providing information about available vehicles, accompanying customers on test drives, negotiating sales contracts, and following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Automotive Sales
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the automotive industry and Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Previous experience in luxury vehicle sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
