About the Role
We're looking for a creative and strategic Content & Communications Specialist who can bring our brand voice to life across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will own all aspects of content, communication, and PR, helping shape our brand narrative in India and global markets.
This role goes beyond writing — it's about building thought leadership and creating impactful content strategies that connect with our audience across healthcare and technology sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all content and communication initiatives — including long-form and short-form content, PR, and brand campaigns.
- Develop and execute a unified content strategy across digital, print, and social channels to drive engagement and visibility.
- Manage PR and external communication agencies to ensure brand consistency and differentiated messaging across regions.
- Create, review, and edit diverse content formats — articles, blogs, web pages, e-books, case studies, email campaigns, social posts, and video scripts.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and design teams to translate business objectives into compelling stories.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, healthcare industry standards, and SEO best practices.
- Measure impact of content and communication efforts to continuously improve reach and engagement.
- Work with external content writers for regional and multilingual content, including languages such as Arabic.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 6–8 years of experience in content creation, communications, or PR.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.
- Prior experience in healthcare or technology & B2B marketing content is preferred.
- Proven experience managing PR or external communication agencies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, CMS (WordPress or similar), and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with external writers or translators for multilingual content (e.g., Arabic or other regional languages).
Good to Have
- Experience in content marketing for SaaS or B2B brands.
- Understanding of modern digital communication trends and analytics.
- Experience in research-driven storytelling or thought leadership content.
