Sales executive

Key responsibilities Sales generation and closing: Identify, contact, and build relationships with new and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Client meetings and presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, present products/services, understand client needs, and provide solutions. Sales targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support. Market analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities. Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management. Customer service: Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams, such as marketing, to align on strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience. Data management: Maintain an updated customer database and log all sales activity, often using a CRM system. Territory management: Travel within an assigned territory to meet with clients and promote products.
