With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Team Lead - Senior Associate experienced in Indirect/Direct Tax and Audit to join our dynamic team in Thane.

Job Description:

As an Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in managing and ensuring the compliance and accuracy of our clients' financial records. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tax Filings: Prepare and file income tax and GST returns for individuals, firms, and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  2. Audit Execution: Conduct statutory and internal audits, including preparation of audit reports and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  3. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address their tax-related queries and provide professional guidance.
  4. Compliance Monitoring & Litigations: Monitor compliance with direct tax laws and related regulations, ensuring timely submission of required documentation for filings and litigations.
  5. Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Candidates pursuing or who have dropped out of CA (Chartered Accountancy) are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of post article ship experience in accounting.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax laws and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
