Our Ideal Candidate
    • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS content team or editorial/media/journalism team.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with experience writing for North American or European audiences preferred.
  • Strong portfolio of published marketing collateral (no spec pieces).
  • Sharp journalistic instincts to craft engaging angles and hooks.
  • Strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Understanding of balancing content for search engines vs. readers.
  • Some experience using generative AI to support (not write) content.
  • A degree in English, Communications, or a related field is a bonus but not required.
  • Familiarity with paid search and social advertising is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
    • Interview internal and external experts to craft blogs, research reports, and white papers.
  • Repurpose long-form written and video content into engaging social media posts.
  • Pitch fresh content ideas based on market trends and customer conversations.
  • Develop high-quality written and video content, notifications, and ad copy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
