About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional to join our team as Executive – Content, Marketing & Client Relations.

This role involves a blend of content creation, client coordination, digital marketing, website management, and administrative support for a group of dynamic and growing companies headquartered at T-HUB, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Marketing

  • Create engaging written and visual content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Support digital marketing activities — SEO, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams for promotional content and branding consistency.

Client Relations

  • Coordinate with clients for updates, feedback, and service requirements.
  • Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure timely communication and record management.
  • Website & Digital Presence
  • Assist in managing and updating company websites (WordPress or equivalent CMS).
  • Ensure website content and visuals are current, optimized, and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Track performance analytics and recommend improvements.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with minor administrative tasks including compliance follow-ups, vendor coordination, and documentation.
  • Support management with reports, filings, and record maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools (WordPress preferred).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
