Sales Executive

Job description

  • Need Young and dynamic individual who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, is adaptable, and has a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Engage with existing government customers to secure AMC, renewals and ensure continuous service coverage.
  • Identify and pitch new product opportunities based on installed base and site requirements at existing customer locations.
  • Hardware / Networking / Printer knowledge and hands on experience is must
  • Build strong relationships with procurement officials, engineers, and decision-makers in key government departments and local bodies.
  • Share quotations, follow up for approvals, negotiate, and close AMC and product deals through appropriate government channels.
  • Monitor and respond to relevant tenders' platforms where applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (service, operations, HR, finance, and technical) to ensure smooth execution of signed contracts.
  • Maintain and update sales tracking tools and ensure reporting accuracy on leads, proposals, and closures.
  • Ensure complete compliance with public procurement norms, pricing structures, and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of public budgeting cycles, empanelment, and rate contract processes
  • Fluency in English / Hindi / Marathi
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
