Job description
- Need Young and dynamic individual who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, is adaptable, and has a proactive, results-driven approach
- Engage with existing government customers to secure AMC, renewals and ensure continuous service coverage.
- Identify and pitch new product opportunities based on installed base and site requirements at existing customer locations.
- Hardware / Networking / Printer knowledge and hands on experience is must
- Build strong relationships with procurement officials, engineers, and decision-makers in key government departments and local bodies.
- Share quotations, follow up for approvals, negotiate, and close AMC and product deals through appropriate government channels.
- Monitor and respond to relevant tenders' platforms where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal departments (service, operations, HR, finance, and technical) to ensure smooth execution of signed contracts.
- Maintain and update sales tracking tools and ensure reporting accuracy on leads, proposals, and closures.
- Ensure complete compliance with public procurement norms, pricing structures, and documentation standards.
- Understanding of public budgeting cycles, empanelment, and rate contract processes
- Fluency in English / Hindi / Marathi
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
