Role Overview

The Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) within the lithium-ion

battery manufacturing operations. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills, and deep

domain knowledge in lithium-ion battery production.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight

○ Implement, maintain, and improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry

standards.

○ Conduct regular internal audits and ensure adherence to quality policies.

○ Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

  1. Process Control & Improvement

○ Define and monitor critical process parameters to ensure product consistency.

○ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

○ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce defects and process variation.

  1. Product Quality Assurance

○ Establish inspection criteria for raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

○ Ensure all products meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.

○ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality compliance.

  1. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

○ Investigate quality issues and customer complaints.

○ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

○ Track recurring issues and ensure long-term solutions are in place.

  1. Team Leadership & Development

○ Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers and technicians.

○ Provide training on quality standards, tools, and best practices.

○ Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and drive accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
