Job Description

We are hiring an experienced US Mortgage Underwriter to manage and support end-to-end payroll operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate recording of employee pay information for every payroll cycle

Review payroll and QA reports for hourly and salaried payroll

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with field units for resolution

Process payroll errors, exception payments, and gross-to-net calculations

Manage weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles

Support internal teams on associate pay queries and investigations

Assist Payroll Manager in resolving payroll issues

Maintain and update payroll systems

Prepare audit and compliance-related payroll reports

Generate periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports for management

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting / Payroll Operations

Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and compliance

Experience handling multi-country payroll is a plus

Excellent analytical and communication skills
