Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the effective implementation of company policies and strategies. The role involves setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, mentoring team members, and driving projects to completion. The Deputy Manager will also be involved in analyzing operational metrics, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.
