Job Title: Deputy Manager – Accounts & FinanceLocation: NoidaPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance to manageend-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong technicalexpertise, hands-on accounting skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with allstatutory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries,accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for managementreview. Ensure timely GST filings, TDS returns, Income Tax compliance, and other statutoryobligations. Handle compliance and verification of seller tax invoices, e-way bills, GST reconciliation, andrelated documentation. Create and issue SteelBazaar tax invoices, e-way bills, and other statutory documents as pergovernment norms. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolvediscrepancies. Monitor cash flows, track expenses, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Process payroll-related accounting entries and coordinate with HR/Payroll teams. Assist in finalization of accounts, tax audits, and statutory audits. Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records, vouchers, andfinancial correspondence. Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors for smooth audit closure.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Interpreferred). 4–8 years of relevant experience in corporate or mid-sized business environments. Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel, and sound understanding of accountingprinciples Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and journal accounting. Familiarity with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks(preferred). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
