Executive - Accounts

The Accounts Officer is in charge of the accounting and finance functions and also will work in coordination with the Admin Executive in managing and running of the school.

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for

1. Accounting all Fees, collection for all school supplies, field trips, text books, notebooks, uniforms, damages and any other receipt during the course of the year in tally.

2. Accounting and processing payments includes all payments made for school purchases, vendors, petty cash, suppliers and vendors of all natures

3. Processing and accounting Salaries and wages based on leave & permission calculation. The data must be verified and amounts should reflect all statutory deductions. Salary Slips must be issued and recorded in the Salary File.

4. Must comply with all statutory requirements and obligations as governed by the Statutory bodies. This includes the ESI, PF and other obligations as directed by the Governing body. The ESI & PF must be filed and remitted on time and accounted for systematically.

5. All payments made must be authorized before processing and maintained in appropriate files. Must be aware of revision in fees and other charges of the school.

6. Maintenance of Monthly expenses and tracking of expenses against the budgets.

7. Must maintain all files and access of files must be limited to only the approved Heads. The staff must ensure that files are not left in public view and should keep the sensitive.

8. Must enter all data in the accounting software (Tally) and reconcile periodically with the Bank and Head Office. Any discrepancy must be immediately raised to the concerned Heads.

9. To Liaise with the Admin staff to implement all the policies of the school. Respond to letters from Government authorities and attend or represent the schools in such meetings when directed by the Heads.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
