**Working Days - 6 days of work (Alternate Saturday off)**

We are seeking a creative and experienced Lead Copywriter to join our team. The Lead

Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content for our brand,

strong writing skills, and a proven ability to create content that resonates with target audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative and effective content strategies for brands across all

campaigns, social media posts, and advertising copy that is engaging, informative, and

aligned with the brand voice and tone
- Collaborate with visualizers, art directors, and other cross-functional team members to

develop and execute on-brand campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform

content creation and strategy
- Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and meets brand and style guidelines
- Review and provide feedback on content created by other team members. Be the final

point of authority on always on work
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior/senior copywriters and other team members, as

needed
- Present concepts/ideas to brands as per briefs and ensure that the feedback is

incorporated
- Delegate tasks efficiently to junior team members
- Lead execution of copy on 4-6 brands simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in copywriting or content marketing, with a portfolio of work

that demonstrates exceptional writing skills and creativity
- Strong understanding of content marketing on social media, SEO, and digital marketing

best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a variety of

styles and formats
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work and the work of

others
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketing

managers
- Experience leading a team of 3-5 copywriters
