Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Associate with 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue by managing sales agents, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and support a team of Sales Agents to achieve sales targets
  • Hire, train, and onboard new staff as needed
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks related to the sales department
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with developments in the real estate industry
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve sales strategies and execution

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Experience in real estate or a related field is a strong advantage
