About the Role

We are looking for a
Brand Storyteller / Social Media Manager
who can take ownership. This role requires someone who can
understand users, business offerings, and the problems being solved
, and translate that understanding into clear, compelling social media stories. Writing and scripting are central to this role — from framing ideas and narratives to writing scripts, captions, and content directions that guide visual execution.

, ensuring our social media presence grows through clarity, consistency, and meaningful storytelling.

What You'll Do
Understanding & Strategy

  • Deeply understand assigned projects, including users, audience expectations, and business offerings
  • Identify what stories need to be told and how they should be framed for social media
  • Design a structured social media content strategy focused on awareness, engagement, and growth
  • Decide what content to create, why it should exist, and what outcome it should drive

Content & Execution

  • Translate ideas and offerings into clear stories that can be published as posts, posters, carousels, and videos
  • Write scripts, captions, hooks, and content briefs that clearly communicate the intended narrative
  • Work closely with designers and editors, providing direction and feedback to ensure the story is executed correctly
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across platforms

Growth & Optimization

  • Track content performance and audience response
  • Identify patterns in what works and what doesn't
  • Refine storytelling, formats, and distribution based on insights
  • Continuously improve content quality and effectiveness over time

Ownership & Coordination

  • Own the end-to-end social media function for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with creative contributors and ensure smooth workflows
  • Take responsibility for outcomes, not just output

  • Have experience managing or growing social media pages with intent and structure
  • Are comfortable working with designers, editors, and collaborators to execute ideas
  • Balance creative thinking with structure, analysis, and iteration
