Role Overview

AgeWell is seeking an experienced
Brand Consultant
to help shape, refine, and strengthen the brand's identity across all consumer touchpoints. This role is strategic in nature and requires deep understanding of
brand positioning, consumer psychology, and storytelling
, especially within FMCG, nutraceutical, or personal care categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and strengthen AgeWell's brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Guide brand communication across packaging, digital platforms, campaigns, and offline touchpoints.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct brand audits, consumer research, and competitive analysis.
  • Support product launches and brand campaigns with clear brand narratives.
  • Ensure alignment between brand promise, customer experience, and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, or Communications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
    in brand consulting, brand management, or strategic marketing.
  • Prior experience with
    FMCG, nutraceutical, or personal care brands
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
