Job Title: Beauty Advisor – Perfume / Fragrance

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor (Perfume) to deliver exceptional fragrance consultation and sales support for our new brand KLYNE. The role involves understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable perfumes, and creating a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend perfumes based on customer taste, occasion, and budget
• Demonstrate and explain fragrance notes, longevity, and brand stories
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge of new launches and ongoing promotions
• Ensure attractive product display and cleanliness of the counter
• Handle billing support and assist with inventory checks when required
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Follow brand grooming and service standards at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Fragrance Consultant (preferred)
• Good knowledge of perfumes and fragrance families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum qualification: High school / diploma (graduates preferred)
