Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain.
- Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT Sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including web and mobile app development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
