Education

A bachelor's degree in psychology, English Literature, or Communications is desired.

  • Instructional Design Expertise
  • Demonstrated exposure to modern instructional design techniques, curriculum and program planning, and continuous learning practices.
  • Ability to adopt design thinking approaches and mindsets to solve complex learning challenges.
  • Outstanding storyboarding and visualization skills, with advanced attention to detail and strong communication of instructional ideas to graphics and technical team members.
  • Skill in writing crisp, effective instructions for diverse audiences.
  • Experience creating and revising storyboards for various delivery formats, including ILT (Instructor-Led Training), CBT (Computer-Based Training), and WBT (Web-Based Training).
  • Ability to accurately assess learning needs and project specifications.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Strong understanding of project management activities related to instructional design initiatives.
  • Craft and communicate design recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting peer and team reviews of design assets, providing coaching to drive excellence.
  • Proactive approach to investigating and mitigating risks; skilled at coordinating and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision, actively contributing within a team environment.
  • Client-service mindset and willingness to tackle challenging projects.

  • Technology & Tools Proficiency
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with courseware development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Brainshark, ADAPT, and Zoomforth.
