Position Summary:

We are seeking a smart, professional, and well-presented Female Receptionist (up to age 35) to be the welcoming face of our property. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating lasting first impressions, handling guest relations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and calls both in-person and over the phone
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain guest records and ensure proper documentation
  • Manage visitor logs and handle administrative support when required
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: Up to 35 years
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam (additional languages a plus)
  • Previous experience in a hotel/hospitality front desk role preferred
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
