Key Responsibilities:

Develop logistics and transportation plans, optimizing transportation routes and warehousing processes.

Manage warehousing, distribution, transportation, and scheduling teams to ensure efficient operations.

Track cargo shipment status to ensure on-time and safe delivery.

Manage logistics budgets, control transportation costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve transportation and warehousing issues.

Develop and implement logistics policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.

Analyze logistics data and operational performance, and propose improvement plans.

Report logistics operations and key indicators to management regularly.

Assist clients with transportation-related issues to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain management, transportation, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management; team management experience preferred.

Familiarity with logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operational processes.

Excellent organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Proficient in logistics management software, MS Office, and ERP systems.

Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness.

Able to withstand high pressure and be results-oriented.
