Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Faridabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient processes and optimal performance. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating transportation activities, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience

  • in logistics and supply chain management, including transportation coordination and inventory management
  • Proper knowledege of FTL,Intracity,3PL, Good in Optimization Last Mile deliveries.
  • Experinced Drivers soucing would be a great advantage.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and oversee staff performance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting for optimizing business processes and strategy
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the logistics industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Masters would be preferable
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within the logistics sector is an advantage
