KCPL Auto is a leading manufacturer and exporter of automotive heat exchangers such as radiators, condensers, evaporators, intercoolers, and related AC components. With a strong presence across India, KCPL serves major OEMs, distributors, and aftermarket networks.

The company is expanding its sales operations across Maharashtra, focusing on automotive air conditioning and cooling system products.

Position Objective

To develop, manage, and expand the sales network in Maharashtra by handling dealers, distributors, garages, and OEM clients — achieving targeted sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Maharashtra region.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and workshops for KCPL products.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to increase business share.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, product promotions, and territory development plans.

2. Market Expansion & Business Growth

  • Develop strong market coverage across major cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Aurangabad etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the automotive aftermarket and OEM segment.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and market trends to support pricing and positioning.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and service partners.
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers as required.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution through coordination with HO.

4. Coordination with Head Office (Ahmedabad)

  • Work closely with HO for order processing, dispatch follow-up, payments, and credit control.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports and maintain sales data in prescribed formats.

5. Reporting & MIS

  • Submit region-wise sales reports, performance analysis, and market feedback.
  • Prepare competitor price lists and monthly collection reports.
  • Maintain updated records of customer visits, inquiries, and potential leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in Engineering / BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of experience in automotive spare parts, air conditioning systems, or component sales.
  • Location Preference: Based in Maharashtra (Pune / Mumbai preferred).
  • Language Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi.
  • Travel: Must be open for extensive travel across Maharashtra.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive aftermarket or OEM segment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to manage distributors, dealers, and collections effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales and collection targets.
  • Market coverage and addition of new customers.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Timely submission of reports and adherence to sales processes.
  • Dealer performance and revenue growth.

Working Conditions

  • Base Location: Maharashtra (Pune or Mumbai preferred).
  • Reporting Office: KCPL Head Office, Changodar, Ahmedabad.
  • Work Mode: Field-based role with regular travel.
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
