  • Outstanding Collections: Monitor receivables, ensure timely collections, and control overdue outstandings.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage sales pipeline and drive conversions to meet business plan targets.
  • Ensure pricing discipline and implement approved pricing strategies.
  • Achieve volume and revenue targets as per business plan.
  • Drive timely execution of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure overdues and outstanding collections are kept under control.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Collaborate closely with the Head of Department, Supply Chain team, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • External: Interface with customers, channel partners, vendors, and relevant industry bodies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong product, process, and application knowledge.
  • Proven B2B/B2C sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
