Job Overview
We are
seeking a Sales Engineer/Territory Manager based in Ludhiana
to drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively promote Airify Technologies' products and services across Chandigarh,
Punjab
,
Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing industrial clients.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through consultative selling.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the designated region.
Technical Consultation & Solutions
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
industrial welding product,
air compressors,
MRO products, and industrial solutions.Provide product demonstrations and technical support.
Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Principal Sales Team for
product , Demo & Tech proposal writing
.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 2to maximum 5 years of experience in technical sales,
preferably in
Industrial Welding products,
industrial equipment, or MRO solutions.
Understanding of
Industrial Welding products & applications
, industrial machinery, or related technical fields.Strong ability to identify customer pain points, propose solutions, and close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across the designated region for client meetings and site visits.
