Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role blends performance marketing, creative strategy, and on-camera content creation. You'll be the face and force behind our brand's digital presence—driving campaigns, producing content, and guiding a small team to success.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

● Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Quora, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat

● Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost visibility

● Drive lead generation, website traffic, and audience engagement

● Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools

● Collaborate with design, tech, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Content Creation & Brand Representation

● Serve as the on-camera personality for Cybersapient on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube

● Create engaging, educational short-form videos that simplify complex financial topics

● Develop innovative campaign ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms

Team Leadership & Coordination

● Lead and mentor a small team of marketers and content creators

● Maintain a strong and consistent online presence

● Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior

What We're Looking For

● 1-2 Years of experience in digital marketing and short-form content creation

● Confident on-camera presence with excellent storytelling skills

● Ability to simplify financial concepts for a broad audience

● Proficiency in SEO tools, analytics platforms, and ad campaign management

● Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach

● Experience managing or collaborating with creative teams is a plus
