  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle fee collection, generate fee reports, and ensure accurate recording of all student payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee staff payroll processing, including TDS, PF, and ESI deductions and filings.
  • Maintain and track school budgets, monitor actuals vs. budgets, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with CBSE and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor payments, purchase records, and inventory accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support the management with MIS reports and financial planning.
  • Manage ERP Software
  • Hands-on experience with fee collection systems and school ERP software.
  • Understanding of CBSE accounting requirements and audits
  • Ability to manage event-related finances, student scholarships, and donations.
  • Knowledge of handling transportation and canteen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
