Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and expense management.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies during audits and assessments.
  • Implement process improvements in accounting systems, controls, and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.
  • Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA/ICWA/CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time
