Inventory Manager

About Us:

Hilor Arts is a dynamic and fast-growing company specialising in manufacturing and export of all Indian Festival Products, Pooja Products, Handicrafts items and Home Decor Products. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient management of our inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the entire inventory management process, from receiving and storing to picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement systems and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software & MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
