Experience: 3 years and above
- Oversee entire production cycle from sampling to final dispatch.
- Ensure timely execution of production as per order timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external job workers for timely production and delivery.
- Maintain Quality Control by conducting quality checks at every stage to maintain product standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of yarn, elastics, labels, packaging, and other raw materials.
- Raise timely reorder requirements to ensure no production halts due to shortages.
- Monitor wastage and implement control measures to reduce production loss.
- Maintain daily production reports and align actual output vs. planned output.
- Handle vendor and job-worker follow-ups for dyeing, washing, printing, etc., ensuring timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatches and order closures.
- Ensure all samples, client approvals, and changes are tracked and executed properly.
- Report progress and critical issues directly to the company owner or senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
