Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Time)Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment for outsourcing/BPO companies (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply)Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + IncentivesQualifications:6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/outsourcing

Experience in end-to-end hiring and candidate evaluation

Strong communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams

Understanding of employer branding and sourcing strategies

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Familiarity with AI recruitment tools is a plus

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
