Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Architect to lead the completion of the design and the implementation of an end-to-end OTC solutions within our SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration across order management, logistics, billing, and customer service processes, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of SAP OTC solutions, including order entry, fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and returns.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Define integration strategies with SAP TM, eWM, GTS, and external systems (e.g., B2B, EAI, ServiceNow).
  • Conduct architecture workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution blueprinting.
  • Oversee the development of functional specifications, data models, and interface designs.
  • Support system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security, and performance benchmarks.
  • Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and mentor junior consultants.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and constraints.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP with a focus on OTC processes.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SD, LE, TM, and integration technologies
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollout programs.
  • Experience in Master data ( customer and material )
  • Strong understanding of logistics execution, credit management, and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
