What You Will Do:

• Take end-to-end ownership of key strategic and growth initiatives in the broking business, driving them from concept to scale.
• Ideate and execute new features, product propositions, and user growth levers for the broking vertical – bridging Product, Marketing, and Business functions.
• Perform data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement, user engagement, and overall P&L optimization.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking across top Indian brokers to identify differentiation opportunities in product, pricing, and engagement.
• Support partnerships and alliances with external fintech, data, or API providers that can accelerate platform growth.
• Build periodic business reviews and dashboards for leadership visibility on key metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

What You Should Have:

We are looking for a high-ownership operator with strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the broking ecosystem.

• Relevant years of experience in Strategy / Growth / Business roles within top Indian broking firms or fintechs.
• Industry Exposure: Deep familiarity with equity, F&O, and investing platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong with numbers; able to connect product metrics to business outcomes.
• Execution Focus: Can take an idea create a roadmap deliver measurable results.
• Collaborator & Communicator: Able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: Thrives in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
