Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Social Media Growth Specialist
to lead the growth of SMC's
Instagram and YouTube
handles. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and financial content.

This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and drive measurable audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a
    content strategy
    for Instagram and YouTube focused on investor education, brand visibility, and engagement.
  • Create and manage short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, explainers, and interviews).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate, audience retention, and subscriber growth.
  • Work with internal research, creative, and compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Identify and collaborate with
    influencers, finance creators, and partners
    to expand brand reach.
  • Stay updated with emerging social trends, platform algorithms, and AI tools relevant to content creation.
  • Plan and execute campaigns around brand milestones, product launches, and market events.
  • Optimize existing content for discoverability through
    YouTube SEO
    and
    AISO (AI Search Optimization)
    best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    social media marketing or digital content
    (preferably in BFSI, fintech, or consumer brands).
  • Strong understanding of
    Instagram Reels, YouTube content strategy, and analytics tools
    .
  • Ability to write scripts, captions, and briefs that simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Experience working with video production teams or editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.).
  • Creative eye for visual storytelling and a strategic mindset for community growth.
  • Analytical thinking - able to interpret data and use insights to improve performance.
  • Passion for finance, investments, and helping audiences understand money better.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads / YouTube Ads).
  • Experience in using social listening or analytics tools.
  • Exposure to influencer campaigns and digital collaborations.
