Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with opportunities for partial remote work, as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, planning and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy, and engaging with the online community to drive interaction. You will work closely with the team to align social media initiatives with marketing goals and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
  • Experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry would be an advantage
