As a
Social Media Marketing Specialist
at VOLT, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our books and digital resources to schools and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities
:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our school books to educational institutions and key stakeholders.
  2. Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns to engage with educators, students, and parents.
  3. Create compelling marketing materials to showcase our products and highlight their educational value, including brochures, catalogues, and digital content.
  4. Identify target markets and segments within the education sector and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and provide them with the necessary marketing tools and resources.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Organize promotional events, workshops, and conferences to demonstrate our products and interact with potential customers.
  8. Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and sales metrics, to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Requirements
:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or the publishing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  6. Passion for education and a commitment to promoting learning and academic excellence.
